All the amenities are here, relax here for your entire stay or use this as the gathering spot for your day trips through Michigan's Upper Peninsula or Northern Wisconsin. Perfect for groups/families with plenty to offer. Outdoor features include, large deck, firepit, dock, kayaks and canoe (included with your stay). Indoors you will find large spacious rooms, large kitchen to gather and visit, main floor offers an open living room, sun room, spacious master bedroom/full bath, laundry room and downstairs another large living/gathering room, bar area and full bath. Loft includes a gathering room and another large bedroom. Star gaze into the vast sky at night or maybe catch a glimpse of the northern lights. Many outdoor activities in the Northwoods of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan are all just a short drive allowing you to explore what the north has to offer. Fish and kayak from your dock or bring your boat to travel over to the larger lakes to enjoy more fishing opportunities, waterskiing, jet skiing, or visit the small campground and stop at the snack shack for ice cream or swim at the swim beach. Lake in front of the house does become very weedy in the summer months, but the channel stays open - great for kayaking & fishing.. For large gatherings such as family reunions or if more space is needed there is an additional cabin on the property, please inquire about availability if this space is needed as well as it is a separate listing.

"Beautiful property with a great host. We were there with four adults and five kids. Could have comfortably had twice as many people. Heather has a lot of little extras and surprises. We loved fishing from the dock and kayaking for miles. Very clean place and beds were very comfortable. We hope to be back again someday!"

"Beautiful accommodations, plenty of room, everyone had their own space and privacy. Kids’ loft area was stocked with lots of books, games, movies, etc. On-site kayaks, lots of firewood with gigantic fire pit. Nearby zoo for a fun day trip, quick ride to Shakey Lakes Campground for beach swimming. Lots of wildlife sitings to include a bald eagle, blue heron crane, fish, and frogs. Quiet, secluded, and peaceful. We would love to come again!!"
